never ceasing in prayer

This has been yet another up and down week. After a great ultrasound on Wednesday morning, we ended up in the Emergency Room in Charlotte on Wednesday night. I was working an event for my work and started hemorrhaging, which was frightening to say the least. Brian and my parents jumped in the car to come meet me and Brian's parents drove up from Gastonia (near Charlotte). It was so amazing to know that we had so much prayer throughout that stressful evening.

After finding out via ultrasound that Baby B is doing okay, we discovered that the bleeding is from the subchorionic hematoma that is attached to Baby A's placenta (and caused the harm to that baby) is growing and burst. It was so helpful to at least know where the bleeding is from. They expect the hematoma to burst again and are hoping that it stops growing and dissolves soon.

As for right now, the only thing we can do is pray that Baby B will keep growing and get stronger, which makes it better able to deal with all of this other stuff happening around it. Right now, the odds are in favor of our baby. I have been put on limited activity, meaning no lifting, stretching, exercising, or activity of any kind. I am still going to work but will have a limited schedule to try to keep the strain and stress on my body to as little as possible.

Please pray the God keeps doing the miraculous and helping Beyonce grow big and strong, and that we stay full of hope and faith.

Let us pray, let us pray, everywhere and every way
Every moment of the day it is the right time
For the Father above, He is listening in love
And he wants to answer us, oh let us pray.

"For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,
your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." Psalm 139: 13-16

Love.
