illegal parking and baseball dreams

Well our trip to Chicago went great! We loved our new doctor:
1. Because she wore a jean jacket and was downing diet coke (even though she's a crazy accomplished reproductive endocrinologist)
2. She explained ovulation as the egg trying to make a 3-point shot into my fallopian tube (clearly Brian now has a greater appreciation for my reproductive organs and their skillz)

We also had a great time being tourists. We were blessed to stay with the twin sister of my best friend Jen right outside the city. And that afternoon, in our free time after flying into the city super early, Brian and I took a little driving tour of Wrigley Field. So basically seeing Wrigley Field encompasses all of Brian's childhood dreams at once. And would you believe it, as we were driving around the back of the field, one of the outfield big doors was open! Like you could see right in!

Which clearly resulted in a serious illegal parking job, a run to the open door, and a hastily taken picture with my phone. But look at how big that smile is! We're hoping to see a game when we're in town in June. Cause boys have to have dreams too :-)

I've come to the conclusion that the two most important things in life are good friends and a good bullpen.
