Annnnd we're on the way! Brian and I have found an IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) study in Chicago! We are so excited! I called today and talked to Sue at the Fertility Centers of Illinois and we were pre-qualified for their IVF study. This is great, as its not a trial to test a new medication or procedure. No lab rats with weird side effects like growing an extra ear or insatiable thirst here!

Rather they are looking at women like me with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and two commonly used hormone injections. They are seeing if one medications works better than the other medication for women with my condition.

So now Brian and I have to fly up to Chicago on March 13 to meet with our new doctor and ACTUALLY qualify for the study!

There's no easy way out.

If there were, I would have bought it.

And believe me, it would be one of my favorite things!
